Shipping & Returns
Our standard shipping service within the United Kingdom and Ireland is UK Mail. This offers UK customers with a guaranteed next day delivery, and Ireland customers up to 48hours delivery due to logistics. Our standard delivery is next working day, with different timed services available, before 9.30am, before 10.30am and before 12.00noon. A weekend service is not offered.
Due to weight and size restrictions, some products must be shipped by truck. Shipping and handling charges for truck shipments will be shown at the check out stage. This applies to some of our larger and heavier sign products.
Our standard international shipping service is with Royal Mail. Depending upon your location the average time for shipping is between four and five working days. In some cases this service may be slower due to customs restrictions and the destination country. Delivery is for normal working days, Monday to Friday. Weekend delivery dates are not offered but may happen depending on your local mail service.
International deliveries are a 'signed for' service, meaning you, or somebody on your behalf must sign for the goods at the time of receipt.
Free Shipping Offer
Modern Signs Digital proudly offers Free Shipping (within the United Kingdom) when your order total reaches a certain amount. When you qualify, the free shipping option will automatically become available at the check out stage, simply select free shipping from the available options.
Free Shipping is available on nearly all of our products. Items that would normally ship by truck due to size and weight restrictions are excluded.

Next-day delivery service provides delivery between 8.00am and 6.00pm to United Kingdom addresses.
48 Hour (To Ireland) addresses provides delivery between 8.30am and 5.30pm.
Timed or Special Deliveries can be added to your order by arranging them first with our sales office.
Lead time for all orders prior to dispatch is approximately two to three working days to allow us to manufacture bespoke and custom items. This applies to all orders.
Delivery to International and Overseas addresses is based upon standard Royal Mail International schedules. This is approximately 5 working days but may vary depending on your location and any international customs policies.
Delivery time can change if your order is subsequently put on credit hold or awaiting a proof approval.
You will be able to see these if you check your order online in the Order History & Status Section of the My Account feature.
You may return or exchange a standard stock item (meaning an item not bespoke, customized or created especially for you) in it's original condition and packaging within 7 working days from the date your received the goods if the product is damaged or faulty. Goods ordered that are not faulty or damaged may only be returned with express written consent from our sales office. You, the customer, are responsible for accurately determining the suitability of our products to suit your requirements. Goods ordered in error are your responsibility.
We are unable to accept returns on bespoke or customized products and special orders since they are created to your specific needs.
